What though the radiance which was once so bright

Be now forever taken from my heart.

 

So nothing can bring back the hour

Of splendor in the grass, of glory in the flower.

 

We will grieve not rather find strength in what remains behind.....

 

 

 

 

 

한 때 그처럼  찬란했던 밝은 빛!

지금은 영원히 사라지고

 

초원의 빛이 여!

꽃의 영광을 돌이킬 수 없어도

 

결코 서러워하지 않으리라
